Task 1 (Comprehension) :

1)     Through the dialogue, we can know that the couple is upset and dissatisfied with what is happening inside the restaurant in terms of disturbance, which is represented by the presence of the child and the loud voice, in addition to the parents not taking into account any responsibility towards the child who is with them in the restaurant, and not preparing the restaurant for the meal that has cost them a long time, which prompted them to think about changing the restaurant. The reasons that prompted the couple to become upset can be summed up into three main ones below :

a)     Reason one is the presence of a child out of control inside the restaurant, with the child not observing the social etiquette and ethics that entitle him to stay in a public place.

b)     Reason two:  The presence of the annoying sound and screaming inside the restaurant, which affected the exchange of conversation between the couples, and the presence of the child's voice.

c)     Reason Three The restaurant took a long time to prepare the meal as a result of disturbing the child, or the restaurant does not provide express services like other restaurants, which made the couple think of leaving !!.

2)    I think  the more upset between the couple and waitress is the couples

By hearing a dialogue between the parties, I find that the couple are the most affected or upset, as the couple spent a lot of time in addition to the lack of dialogue between the two parties comfortably, which explains the great discomfort, We can compare the two sides to find that the waitress does not have much experience in dealing with the situation, in addition to that she does not suffer from what the couple suffered from, and the reason may be that the waitress has similar situations or is accustomed to what is happening inside the restaurant.

3)     Have a clue = Lack of accurate knowledge or a brief idea of the problem presented in the dialogue

4)     Take forever = An indication of the length of the period, which is a figurative expression indicating the slow response that was not provided by the other party

5)     Go through the trouble of doing something = The inability to do something or the inability to perform a reaction or movement appropriate to the situation
